Nothing fills my photographer love tank more than capturing this genuine type of connection. These grandparents are incredibly involved in the lives of their grandchildren. They live just a few doors from each other and Mimaw even babysits during the day. I foresee these photos as treasured gems passed down through their generations.
This is truly one of my very favorite families to photograph. As mom says, they have “big” personalities. I can relate to that for sure! They don’t hold back in front of the camera so we certainly don’t get any fake smiles 🙂
I’ve had the privilege of photographing Natalie and her adorable family ever since Hadley was born. Hadley keeps me on my toes with her spunk and charm. Couldn’t love it more!

It really is a highlight of my year to work with the Christianson family. We laugh our butts off because after ALL these years of sessions we’ve gotten really comfortable with each other. Sam still hates having his photo taken and Grace is always in love with the camera. Somethings will never change!
