I’ve known the Houske’s for eight years. We met right after Kennedy was born and since then they’ve multiplied their family with two more sweet girls and a new puppy! I was more than smitten to show up for the afternoon capturing a little slice of their home life on camera.
Welcome to the family Asher. Because of YOU, I took way too many photos! And maybe also because there was SO much love to be seen between you all.
This below is a one of my favs. I can literally hear Harper laughing when I look at it!
I’ve photographed Sarah Jane’s First Communion ten years ago and remember it like it was yesterday. She is about as silly and authentic as they get…. which is a photographer’s dream! I knew her senior session was going to be just as much fun! So thrilled for this beautiful young artist to spread her wings!
It was so fun to come back a few years later to the Epstein home on a cold wintery day to capture backyard magic in the snow.
I always love a good a good before and after shot. The one below is from three years ago.
As you can see below, Teddy is now wearing Charlie’s hand me downs.
I love how much these brothers enjoy playing with one another. They are inseparable.
We went inside to warm up and each boy took turns doing their own “thing”. Charlie is obsessed with playing the piano. Teddy is still into theater and singing. And their family is into TRAVELING! In fact, they have a family travel website.
I’ve known Mary since she was just two years old! I loved spending time and catching up with her and wish her the very best in school next year! I tried to turn her into a BSU Cardinal but she refused!
Gosh, this seems like forever ago that I shot this session. Lia makes anything look beautiful.
And like I mentioned in my earlier post, senior sessions should take place the summer or fall before your senior year. Please contact me soon if you need to book!
People ask me all the time when they are suppose to book their child’s senior photo session. The typical timeframe is the summer before the senior year OR even the fall. Waiting until the spring makes it trickier to pull off with potential rain outs and getting prints made in time. So, if you haven’t booked now is the time!
Senior sessions are $600 and include approximately two hours of session time, multiple locations and outfit changes. You will receive the edited digital files on USB, digital download along with (4) 5×7″ prints of choice.
Here’s beautiful Carly’s session from last summer. She really wanted to incorporate a lot of greenery and flowers….. which we did
I know. I am a horrible blogger. I use social media to post sneak peeks and then forget all about my blog! Oops. So, thought it would be easy to just showcase a favorite of mine from nearly every session this year! These are in no particular order.
Thank you to all the wonderful families who trusted me behind the camera to capture your life. I am very honored to be that person! I’m looking forward to more in 2018! Read more ›
I first met this momma as my hair stylist many years ago. Our client relationship turned into a friendship rather quickly. She is now like a little sister to me and it’s been a joy watching her grow her family! Read more ›
Many years ago, I photographed this sweet little family. Their oldest was just a few years old and their daughter was maybe a year old. SO great to see them again, this time in their beautiful new home. Read more ›
