I met this family this year when our sons become close friends. I already knew her husband John as he was my awesome accountant but had yet to meet the rest of the family. I am asked all the time about an accountant referral so here you go…. John Schaaf CPA for all you locals. He was just named a 2013 Angie’s List Super Service Award recipient. www.schaafcpa.com
They just moved into a new beautiful home within the year and they wanted to capture some memories in it as well as some in the yard and near John’s office. As you can see, the house is just incredible. If it were my home, I wouldn’t change a thing! But better than the home are the people that live within its walls. They are such kind folks… and the kids are just a ball of energy and love! I had so much fun and I’m pretty sure the kids did too!
Then we went upstairs and the boys couldn’t have been any more excited to show me their rooms.
Below mom is reading an heirloom book to “G”.
I believe the boys enjoy this part of the home most…. the long hallway that allows them to race and slide. I can’t say that I blame them. Would work better with some Pledge (I’ve been told) 🙂
Their favorite sweet treat happens to be Jack’s Donuts. Lisa gave me some to take home and I only got a couple bites because my boys devoured them. They truly are amazing and so unique. Oh and if you’re wondering where in the world she got her whimsical chalkboard….For the Love of Letters.
When I saw these reclaimed lockers in their garage and knew we HAD to use them. This also gave me the idea to purchase some for my own laundry room.
We finished off the evening in DT Westfield near John’s office.
If I had to pick a favorite place for a session, it’s always a client’s home. So much heart and soul takes place in a home. In ten years, this is what’s going to matter most.
And if you didn’t already know, I’m offering a great special on sessions right now! 40% off special!
